Keep the Procced, it's a great transport. I assume it is a CDP or CDT. If you are looking for a "tube" sound, try some different tube DACs and preamps. Have fun....
dac vrs cdp
i recently added a wyred 4 sound dac 2 to my system. sounds great. multiple inputs a major plus. my older proceed cdp feeds into the dac. my question is would a nice cdp, such as the cary 303-300 far exceed the proceed/wyred combo? or, would i achieve more bliss by adding a tube amp to my pass solid state pre?
