You may wish to consider Magnepan MMGs...listed on Audiogon here for less than 500. Incredibly good. transparency that is truly high-end. Not the greatest in all-out dynamics...but transparency for the money is quite incredible. pls post your decision. good luck!
Better speaker than CBM-170?
Can anyone recommend a speaker they feel would be better than the Ascend Acoustics CBM-170 for about the same money - say under $500. Driven with Parasound Zamp.
