Best Record Store in Chicago for Blues and Jazz

I am going to Chicago with my 11 year old next weekend who is a twelve bar blues player. We are going to Chess Records and Wrigley Field and Buddy Guy's Legends. I would like to go to a record store with him to pick up some vinyl. Where do I go?

Jazz Record Mart - to quote from their website: "Still the world's largest Jazz and Blues Record Store" and I believe it to be true. Enjoy your trip to the Windy City!

also try reckless records on n. milwaukee--lots of used vinyl and a cool neighborhood for an 11 year old.

Jazz Record Mart is the best for sure.

This northside store is also worth checking out. Reckless has another outpost close by as well. this is closer to Wrigley. JRM is downtown.
