i haven't heard the omegastar series, the van alstine's fet hybrids are very balanced sounding, similar to the legendary sonographe by cj. the belles is a good balanced amp as well, perhaps a little more clinical....i stress 'a little'. both men are legends.....the van alstine amps are cult-like in minnesota.

has anyone compared the belles 150a reference to any of the van alstine power amps. if so what were your thoughts?
