Balanced tube amp for $200

I am looking for an amp to power HD 650 headphones using an Audio-Technica turntable as the source. The turntable has a preamp, so it is my understanding that I only need an amp. It would be fun to have a tube amp and I have read that a balanced design is best. Is this too much to ask at this price point, or are there some good options at $200? Thanks in advance for your help!
