BAT pre-amps have unity gain (essentially HT bypass) and of course are fully balanced. But, there is no 12v or RS232 trigger. You can program a button on the BAT remote to put the pre-amp into unity gain setting though.
Balanced preamp with HT bypass
Looking for a neutral preamp with at least one balanced input and balanced output with HT bypass that can be activated with either a 12V trigger or RS232. Don't mind used at all and no more than $2k.
The only one I've found so far is Wyred 4 Sound STP-SE, but I'm sure there must be others… What do you recommend?
