Audio Research LS16 vs. LS25 , 25 disco?

Has anyone had the chance to do a real A/B of the ARC LS16 vs. the LS25? Also, is the LS25 about to be replaced?

It uses 6H30 tubes (supposed to be good for 10,000 hours)and is a new PCB. The upgrade costs $995K. Call ARC and they can fax you the product announcement.
