2 Channel Dual Output Pre-Amp WITH Sub output??

Can I find this?

Not looking for anything CRAZY Expensive... But am using a pair of speakers that I am Bi-Amping that I would like to add a powered sub to for my 2 channel system.

Otherwise, any good ideas on hooking an Equalizer or crossover up to a bi-amped system? Prefer Rotel or Yamaha, but will accept any suggestions.

A used Meridian 561 pre/pro will work. That's how I use it as a desktop preamp. It's 2.1 configuration allows for different crossover settings and output levels.

It looks like the P7 is a multi-channel pre-amp, again I am only looking for a 2 channel.
Yes but it does both.

Also the 2100 only has 1 set of main outs, I am looking for 2 sets of main outs, and a sub out.
Use Y-connectors after the EQ.

Check out the Emotiva USP-1 pre-amp for $349.00.
It may work for you.

I know the EQ would go between Pre-Amp and Amp... but do I have that option with a dual preout? Is there an EQ out there that will accomodate the two outputs (I would assume with two in and two out of its own) but then I dont see the need to control the highs and the lows of both amps since they are bi amped. would i just put the equalizer in to control the highs and leave the Subs as is?

I might be overthinking this one.

Also looking for more options on Pre-Amp, just looking for ideas at this point.
Parasound 2100 or P7. (I don't know what you mean by "CRAZY expensive" since you don't say anything quantitative.)

EQ usually goes between preamp and amp(s) or in a processor loop.
