2 Aerial cc3's as rears ?

any opinions on how 2 of these centers from aerial would work as rears in a 5.1 setup, thanks all

Less diffuse rear soundstage than the SR3s, but better IMO for multi-channel music. Optimum would be 5 CC3's, with only the center in a horizontal configuration, crossed to a quality sub. They would send a signal a bit more wide than a conventional bookshelf, just because it is a center channel and the dispersion is different. I have been thinking the same thing and am using SR-3s now. Dan
