Bose just came out with a wireless Bluetooth headphone, the AE2w that has some nice features. Very lightweight and comfortable they will pair with any Bluetooth enabled device.
The best acoustic guitar recordings??
José Luis Montón's "Solo Guitarra" recording on ECM is a recent favorite and recommended to those who like a modern take on the flamenco tradition.
Driver replacement for Silverline Minuets.
If the speaker manufacturer matches the drivers in pairs it would be a better source for purchasing them than another source who just pulls a couple of boxes off the shelf.
Choosing a Floorstander by Footprint Size
You might want to check on some of the offerings from Role Audio. I haven't heard them, but they would fulfill the requirements with regards to size, specifically the Sampan model.
Antistatic gun for CDs?
I don't know about the Zerostat, but I use Brillianize plastic cleaner and polish to clean CD's. The manufacturer of the solution claims that it has anti-static properties. I've personally found that CD's sound better after cleaning with Brillianize.
Audio Note AN-L bi-wire question on sheilding
Audio Note's instructions regarding the shielding refers to the fact that with factory terminated AN-L cable they connect the shield surrounding both signal wires to just one leg of the wire. Generally this is done a few inches before the amp end ...

Affordable SS amp that has tube characteristics
Nonoise, I find the Gaincard to be relatively neutral in sonic character and very revealing of differences in recordings, upstream gear and wire with the TL-D1's. It all depends on what you feed it. With my Audio Note AN-Vx silver interconnects fr...
Affordable SS amp that has tube characteristics
Nonoise, I coincidentally came across the Clone Audio 25i recently myself. It appears to be a very good value if it sounds like the Gaincard which it is designed to emulate. I'd love to hear one as I've been using a Gaincard with my Tonian Labs TL...
CD cleaning question
If you are concerned about a few bits of dust, use a fine brush like the type made for camera lenses. That should work well for you.
