The Genie grants you one wish, you can have any former audio item back...
Hahahaha! Over 50+ years of audiophilia, I still have everything I’ve ever bought, save for three pieces which I don’t want back.
Pass Labs XA-25 on all the time?
Turn it off:It is expensive to leave it on. Nelson Pass says turn it off. The extra heat will prematurely damage all the electrolytic capacitorsYou could always email Nelson and ask. His email is out there.

Wide baffle speakers are better than narrow
"I’m thinking of every thing from the wide-baffle Arnie Nudell Infinity and Genesis to the Sonus Faber Stradivari here."Even Arnie learned as he gained experience. Look at the baffle for the mid/high panels of the IRS Betas. Also look at the work ...
Long unbalanced RCA or long USB cable?
USB cables either work, or they don’t. Analog cables, like unbalanced RCA, add more resistive and reactive loads as they get longer, thus slowly degrading the signal as length increases. Use your 15’ USB cable.

I've been thinking about this for a bit. Is PM claiming his power regenerators are not actually the best thing since sliced bread?? If what PMcG says about his power generators is true, there is no possible way a power cord going INTO a power gene...

Jazz for aficionados
I am quite fond of Polarity by the Hoff Ensemble on 2L recordings. it is an incredibly fine recording, and the music is creative, aurally and intellectually enticing.
how important is it to use crossovers when adding subwoofers to a system?
It depends on the speaker and the amplifier. Examples - If you’re using a low powered Class A amp on the speakers, it might be a good idea to use a crossover to create more head room for the amp. Or, if you are using small speakers that don’t go v...
