The Platters – Life Is Just A Bowl Of Cherries! (Mercury 1961) ~Sweet album of great music. Life sounded happy back then. A classic. Recording solid and lively. Great test of some interesting voices.

I.D. Stamper – Red Wing (June Appal 1977) Appalachian folk. Pretty hard-core Kentucky hammered dulcimer blues. Good recording but it's not hi-fi. Love it.
