| Thanks to Paul McGowan I had a PS Audio BHK 250 and did not like the way it performed with my Magnepan 1.7i speakers. I traded it in for the M1200's. WOW, what a difference! These amplifiers are amazing and they make my Maggies sing! Highly recommended!!! | |

| Class D Integrated Amplifier Recommendations. Even though they are $1500 above your $5K limit you should seriously consider the PS Audio Stellar M1200 monoblocks. ($6500 for the pair) They have amazing power and the sound they put out is incredible. They make my Magnepan MG 1.7i's sing!! | |

| What speaker has the best tweeter? I once owned Sonus Faber Extremas that had the Dynaudio Esotar tweeter that is absolutely incredible. I now have a pair of Merlin VSM speakers that also have this tweeter. They are top of the line tweeters. | |

| What DAC upgrade made you say “DAMN, that sounds SO MUCH better than my last DAC”? The PS Audio Direcstream DAC. I cant even remember what I was using before it. It even gets better every time they have released software upgrades, which , by the way, are free. I highly recommend this DAC. | |
