Warm, rich sounding interconnects?
I’m not sure how much equalization is at issue here, but if you’re looking for an affordable, good sounding i/c just on the warm side I can recommend Belden 8402.  Still within your budget is the very neat Z-Squared AU/AU i/c being advertised here...
2017 Honest Cabling that doesn’t promote bankruptcy
If it's affordability that you want, search Audiogon for Amadi. I gave this guy's top of the line cable a go and am truly amazed at what it does for the few dollars he charges. Musically it's wide open, detailed, and throws a huge sound stage up. ...
Parallel SET with sufficient power
If you wanted to stay with SET, amps based on the 845 usually put out about 30 watts a side. And then there's the ever-classic Cary 805 at 50 watts each: https://www.audiogon.com/listings/tube-cary-audio-design-805c-single-ended-triode-monoblocks-...
Please Help Me Choose a Speaker Cable
Get in touch with Amadi cables. Hand made in the States from OCC silver or copper, he often sells right here on the 'Gon for more than reasonable pricing. Here's an email address if he isn't listing anything at the moment: [email protected] u...
I've decided to try Tubes
With those speakers you should be looking at SET amps. If you want a little more bass, as your post suggests, go with an 845. Here's a beauty, given top marks by TAS:http://www.usaudiomart.com/details/649217914-mint-line-magnetic-518ia-set-tube-am...

Forget that RM-200; too much now. So how about an RM-9mkii for less! Better amp for sure: https://www.audiogon.com/listings/tube-music-reference-rm-9-mk-ii-125-watts-per-channel-2017-02-17-a...
Agoners: Need Advice! Have 3K to spend on an Amp, what do I do with no way to audition?
In that price range I would recommend you consider Tom Maker's amps. Well built, very good sounding, ss amps, built in the USA so servicing is easy. You can get a stereo amp that puts out 225 watts per channel for about half your budget; if you wa...
Looking for suggestions on a used amp or new. $2000/ budget
I would recommend you also give Tom Maker's amps a look. Can't go wrong with them. Lot's of power, no brightness, approaching tube amp in detail. And within your budget. American made so easily serviced.https://www.audiogon.com/listings/solid-stat...
Please assure me I'm not going to burn my house down.
Bad idea. Even if you don't want to go big time with power cables, get a little scratch together for something decent, something that won't invalidate your home insurance if a fire breaks out, like these:https://www.audiogon.com/listings/ac-cables...
Tube Power Amp Suggestions
Yup, take your time. It is possible, by the way, to get better bass from tubes. 300B and EL34 amps are known for being a bit rounded off in the bottom end. Better bass can be had from other tubes. The KT-?? family of tubes will normally put out be...
Time for a new tube system.
Nice system. I used to own a pair of Cary 805s too. Can’t go wrong with Cary amps. But instead of the B&W speakers, I’d be inclined to put Devores with them, especially the new Gibbon X. Something to think about:http://www.canuckaudiomart.com/...

I checked, the ad for the MR says it’s a classified. And OP should seriously consider it. Damn good amp, and american made so servicing is no problem.
Counterpoint NP-220 died:
What’s your budget? That would help to narrow things down. Want tubes still (all tubes or hybrid?), or want to go over to ss?

Affordable is a relative term; but how's $1000 sound. Can't go wrong with Roger Modjeski's creations:https://www.audiogon.com/listings/tube-music-reference-rm-200-with-kt-120-2017-02-12-amplifiers-9270...
Integrated amp under 2000.00 used
Pathos makes very nice sounding hybrid, integrated amps with balanced inputs. Worth considering at your budget.  https://www.audiogon.com/listings/tube-pathos-classic-one-mkii-integrated-tube-pre-with-transistor-a...
