How Much Are Canadian Customs on US Made Imports
If you ship via USPS there is no brokerage fee. DO NOT use FedEx or UPS if you can help it. I usually get my items shipped to a postal office in Washington and drive across from Vancouver to pick up the purchase. Obviously, they are used items. I ...

.. you should look into some Ministry and Nine Inch Nails like Turner suggested as well... I find that the heavy droning, punctuated by metal ripping guitar riffs and double bass drums help with the pain..lol.I know what you mean about "guilty" pl...
Budget CD player recommendation
Why don't you try a first generation Sony Playstation SCPH 1001? You could probably find one for $45...with a couple of games... or an Oppo DV980H DVD player for $169, delivered to your door (just in case you learn how to download movies...lol).ht...

I usually do a playlist with a mix of speed metal, upbeat electronic/lounge music, and a touch of cheesy eighties pop music/70's disco....for heavy squats, bench and military presses, and barbell presses.. nothing beats..IMHO.. Metallica.Metallica...

iTune screwing up WAV file data?

Newbie Question
Look on the back and see if it has "main out". You should be able to send the preamp section into your desired power amp, if it has these outputs..... but I suppose Marantz would have the definitive answer...unfortunately.
Amy Winehouse LP Sound Quality
Hmmm... I thought it was me when I noticed the same thing. I was just in London, trying to buy the LP at Virgin (its called something else now)... there wasn't a single copy in all of England. I think they had one in Dublin. Sure it's not rare or ...
HDMI Alternatives
Does "hdmi" include "dvi" cables? This may sound stupid on my part, just trying to help. Because, if you have the connection on the box, dvi is the same, with video but no audio. The audio obviously, you would connect elsewhere with composite. I t...
Help me pick out music for a party
Try This,Koop (name of artists) "Koop Islands". It's found in the electronica section of HMV etc, but it isn't dance or electronic music. On the cover, it says (paraphrasing)... "music reminiscent of 1930's swing/big band era that can be heard in ...
