Any Love for the Grace F10 L Moving Coil Cartridge
@edgewear, I decided to sell shortly after posting my last post above. I just found I could not live with the high frequency extension that really didn’t mellow out to my liking. Let us know what your thoughts are if you get one.
KT120 on Copland CTA-405 integrated amp

Any Members Tried the Audio Interface CST-80 SUT?
Hi Dave, this is fantastic information and very informative for me personally as I own both the high and low output versions of this incredible step up transformer. It is also great that you are recreating this well regarded SUT in modern form so ...
Fidelity Research cartridges
@ddriveman is your EPC the integrated headshell version. I have the silver MK3 and it is absolutely fantastic sounding. It is so smooth yet reveals everything without any listening fatigue. I guess that is down to the super flat frequency response....
Theory about Fidelity Research MC & PMC Carts
One other observation of the MC-202 is that it has similarities to the Ortofon SPU’s I have owned in the past. Especially as it relates to PRaT and midrange musical slam.It exhibits all of the documented qualities of an SPU but does it much better...
Theory about Fidelity Research MC & PMC Carts
As promised I thought I would update this thread with my findings on the FR 202 cartridge and I have to say without ANY reservations that this is the most perfect cartridge I have ever owned, it now beats out my Spectral Reference LOMC cartridge. ...
Bobs Device SKY 20 or A23 (Denon) SUT for my Charisma 103 cart
Save yourself some money and look into the Audio Interface CST 80 SUT. Comes in a 40 Ohm or 1:10 version that is absolutely perfect for the 103. I have both the 40 Ohm and 3 Ohm versions and they are by far the best SUT I have ever owned.
Any Members Tried the Audio Interface CST-80 SUT?
I have to add that after six months with the 3 Ohm version of the Audio Interface I am still blown away each evening with the way this SUT manages to create the most amazing holographic soundscape. I am currently using it with a rotation of Fideli...
Any Members Tried the Audio Interface CST-80 SUT?
Is there any chance you could compare against your Hagerman and report your findings. Sure would be good to see how this little SUT compares to one of the great Phono stages.
Any Members Tried the Audio Interface CST-80 SUT?
Having purchased both versions recently I think $400 would get you a very quick sale for the 3 Ohm version as this price is an absolute bargain for what it is. I think $700 is probably the high side but you could still get a buyer if someone knows...
Theory about Fidelity Research MC & PMC Carts
Not sure I need your PMC-3 thanks. Also not quite sure why you need to reference the FR-7fz and state that it’s better than all of them. There is always something better, obviously. Also my post was only related to the PMC and MC series. If you hav...
Theory about Fidelity Research MC & PMC Carts
I think based on price point, specs and the stylus profile, that the PM-3 and MC 202 would be very similar. Not the same, and not one better than the other, but very similar.I have a PMC-1 and have just received an MC 202 today in the post, so onc...

I didn’t mention the FR 2 in my post. I am only curious about the ones I referred to.
