Lost Last Classix Rock Station
Old guy here: What is "new age"? I'm guessing that for me, ignorance is bliss.
What blues are you listening to today?
Pink Anderson (first name in Pink Floyd) Early Fleetwood Mac Elmore James Little Walter Rory Gallagher did a really good blues album Otis Rush Just to name a few...
Favorite Led Zeppelin Album
I got Led Zeppelin IV cassette one year for Christmas, probably mid to late 70's. The cassette was bright pink in a black plastic case with the small but still cool album art on the plastic box.  I played that cassette over and over on a mono Pan...
Audio shopping at its best
Um, wow! How can audio shops afford to have so much high end audio sitting on shelves? Shanghai must have a lot of rich people.
New-to-me Primare a30.2
Wow! I wish I could find a local furniture store that would sell used, high end audio equipment at a bargain price!
McIntosh Flunking the Course in Washington State...What Do You Think?
I would think that it would take a special person to be in the business of audio hifi repair. Repair part procurement is probably a real challenge not to mention parts no longer available. Are repair manuals and schematics readily available?
Speaker Advice Welcome
It is interesting to note that the KLH is acoustic suspension speaker while Wharfedale is ported.
Speaker Help Please: Floorstanders around $1Ok to fill very large space with no sub

cats and speakers - looking for clues
Sorry, I had a nice picture that was in the post but it disappeared...
cats and speakers - looking for clues
The "grills" protecting my Harbeth 40.2 anniversary speakers are wire shelves made for closets. There is a factory 90 degree bend on one side and the opposite side I had a sheet metal shop make another 90 degree bend. They sort of wrap around...
Narrowing down choices in a power amp
Canada? How about a locally grown Bryston amplifier with 20 year warranty? I have a 4BSST2 and love it plus only 60 or so pounds!
Narrowing down choices in a power amp
How old are you and do you mind lugging a 100 Lb. amplifier around? As I get up in the years I know one day in the not too distant I'll need something a little lighter. The Luxman and McIntosh amps are pretty beefy.
Wifi vs hardwired for streaming
I may be old fashion, but you can't beat a solid connection.
