the older star had a power supply/vacuum in one external box and "stabilizer" in another box. the stabilizer isnt necessary to run the table, it just supplied a better power to the power supply. You can run the table on just the power supply/vacuum box.
Power supply for Sota star
I have a TT Sota star with 2 boxes external, one is PS and other is Vacume pump if I remember right. After moving now I can not find the PS box, but I still have the vacume box (the box have the vacume hold on it). Any one know where can I find that Power supply box or can I build one? for the mean time while I try to find the old one.
