I currently own a pair of Joseph Audio Pulsars, and I've been very happy with them. However, I'm now looking for a larger pair of floorstanding speakers for my living room.
My initial plan was to upgrade to the Joseph Audio Perspectives, but since I'm mainly shopping on the pre-owned market, finding a pair in Europe is almost impossible.
At this point, I'm seriously considering the Dynaudio Confidence 30, which I expect would be a significant step up from the Pulsars. The Confidence 50 would be even better, but they're beyond my budget for now.
I'm currently driving the Pulsars with a Coda S5.5. While it's an good match for them, I suspect it may not be sufficient to get the best out of the Confidence series, so I'm also considering upgrading the amplifier—most likely to something from Moon by Simaudio or Hegel.
