I agree with checking prices on HiFi Shark and using Marketplace in you want local pickup based on my experience. I’ve also sold on Audiogon and had more success selling more expensive gear. You do pay a fee, need to note on your taxes and will probably have to ship.
New Member Question - Linn Speakers, etc.
All - Apologies for what might be a very newbie question, but I've decided to sell some of my older Home Theater elements, and I'd appreciate any guidance on the best way to go about it. I've inclined to avoid Ebay but wasn't sure if you'd recommend the AudioGon marketplace or any specific Facebook groups or another source. Local pick-up would be the easiest but i don't want to restrict others that might be interested.
Some of the items include (didn't include photos but i have them...):
- Pair of Linn Keilidh speakers (black) with Granite Base, w/ Manual
- Linn Centrik Speaker
- Nakamichi AV-10 Audio/Video Receiver. With Remote
- Nakamichi MB-10 5 MusicBank CD Changer. With remote.
Plus some other items.
