this is the listing photo. Viewed as a thumbnail, I thought it was one plinth, then, viewing bigger, I see it’s just 5 stacked.

Dare I ask, what pray tell is one supposed to do with a dust cover such as that?  Upside down, out in the back yard it could be a birdy bath I suppose.  Expense waste of space if you ask me.
