Any Eversolo T8 owners out there? Question

Hi,

I posted yesterday as I have always had a delay at the beginning of every song with my Eversolo DMP-A6 Master (Gen 1). Eversolo support says this is normal because I have an outboard DAC. For any T8 owners are you having this issue at all!? I am hesitant to grab the T8 only because I have upgraded to the TP power supply with my DMP-A6. However if the T8 does not suffer from this issue I might just pull the trigger and sell my A6…

 

Appreciate hearing from any T8 owners out there…

I am keeping the T8. There is enough of an improvement to warrant the upgrade.

I have a T8 and a LAIV Harmony DAC.  As with the post above I discovered that the I2s connection needed Mode 5 on the T8.  I2s was noticeable superior to other connection options.  Since getting everything correctly configured I have seen no delay and the sound quality is extraordinary.  Rest of system are McIntosh C22 and MC275 feeding Klipsh La Scalas.   I use Apple Music and, occasionally, Spotify.
