Digital cable needed digital (not toslink) RCA coaxial to USB type C

I have a Grace Link internet radio streamer that has a digital RCA coaxial output that I want to hook up to the USB C audio input on my SMSL PL200 CD player so I can use it's DAC and volume control.

I cannot find a cable to do that.  

I have seen one for sale on ebay that is only for the opposite signal direction.
