Any Eversolo T8 owners out there? Question

@19mmark19 I have the Icon on a second system also running through Gustard DDC and DAC and no delays. The fact that you have DENAFRIPS gives me some hope that maybe the T8 could solve this? Much as I would rather keep my A6 Master, I’d honestly be willing to sell and get the T8. That split second delay is annoying!

I just got my T8 yesterday. Went back and forth with my LUMIN U1 mini last night. The LUMIN U1 mini sounded better to me. more spacious and smoother top end. I really wanted to like the T8, it’s a beautiful looking steamer. Unfortunately, it’s going back I value sound over features and beauty. 

I used to have the DMP-A8 and used it both with an external DAC and with the internal one. At the same time! (Kidding) I never had any delay at the start of songs either way. 

Sometimes it's the dac when the songs are different resolutions. Other times it's the type of dac. But I think there's a feature in Eversolo that will buffer a little so the switchup doesn't do that between songs. 

@rwalsh07 you must have been using the usb connection then, I assume?
