Do you use one brand of electronics or are you mixing brands what has worked best for you?

I went straight to the RP-7 as I wanted the balanced outputs for the tube amp I had at the time.  My SS Odyssey monobolocs are RCA, but they sound so darned good I am sticking with them, and I am using one set of the XLR outputs for my two subs, which are about 8’ and 15’ from the preamp.  I am very pleased with the RP-7; I also hear that the RP-7 is amazing.  I don’t know the seven is still upgradable now that they are in V2 of both the 7 and the 9, but I will probably check with Rogue Audio on that.  Otherwise, at my stances age I think I am close to end state.  I may add another set of Fidelium ICs, although I don’t think they made near the dramatic change that the afidelium speaker cables made—a noticeable improvement, yes, but astounding like the Fidelium speaker cables, no.  My system has been built over the past four years, and upgrade to my 1980s and early 1990s system.

@jayctoy im still trying to figure out why he bothers me.  He literally tried to destroy the relationship with the brand I work with. It’s just sad. I literally post less on this forum solely because of the behavior.  You have met me. You have seen how I conduct myself.  You have heard how amazing our systems sound.  I literally loan people cables to try before they pay for them and I got this dude coming on here calling me unethical. What other brand lets you try before you buy. Few. Man this behavior takes the joy out of this hobby. I have my own firm. I’m a business owner outside of Audio. I don’t do this to make a living off of. I do it to participate in the hobby and the Infigo stuff is actually mind blowing good. I’m also part of the SWAF team that will be doing the Dallas show. July 23-25. Man I do this to keep our hobby alive. Trolls kill our hobby. Man this is just sad. 

@jwei i have no earthly idea. It’s exhausting and it takes the joy out of what I do. Even in the discussion he isn’t talking about what I posted he talks about me. Damn of topic. Non audio related. 

@cleeds thanks my man. I just want to talk audio.  No personal stuff I want peoples opinions and experiences. Also if any of you come to audio shows I would love to meet you guys. Anyone who comes to the SWAF DINNER IS ON ME!
