Auralic- gone for good?

Does anyone think Auralic will be resurrected and that existing gear will once again be supported?

Well, glad I didn’t sell my Oppo 205 when they decided to close in 2018.  Still running great for all these years. Anyone notices what these guys sell for on the used market?

Meaning, it too good of a product just to disappear.  Give it time, Steal one if you can!

I also have a few Oppo 205 units, they are the rare audio gear that actually increased in value. That's because Oppo was such a standout company with their designs. Also because nobody else really stepped in to fill that niche. Oppo was pretty unique and left a void, compared to the streaming space where we already have at least half a dozen big players. With Aurender, Lumin, Innuos, Eversolo, HifiRose, and more that I'm forgetting, it seems unlikely Aurender will go up in value.

Gone like the dinosaurs. It was not a graceful market exit from a customer perspective. I am hoping my Altair G1.1 goes kaboom so I have a good excuse to upgrade, but for now, it still sounds good.

My condolences, dear Auralicians...The pain of the elusive Auralic garage shutdown shall indeed linger in your hearts for a while.

But, here's a lil song to give you hope & strength..

(I wonder if cousin Aurender's garage is next...my condolences in advance for the Aurenderians, just in case)
