Lampizator 211 bias

Hi

hope there are some 211 owners here 

I acquired and older version without manual

cant get information from lampizator on the manual or bias setting for the PS Vane 211 TII which came with the amp

any information would be greatly appreciated- including how to properly use the bias adjustment
