Vinshine X Collaboration with Kinki Studio, TheTai Hang power enhancer

What a surprise after installing the Taihang in my system,, in a word, amazing.  Stage depth clarity was amoung one of the first things I notice.  My system consists of tubes pre and power amps, with a digital and analog front end.  Tubes as we know exhibit a second harmonic noise distortion which is a given and something we live with as it’s our perception as being more musical.  Dirty power can add more nastiness to this by way of unfiltered AC.  With the addition of the Taihang it has made all the background information much more clearer.  My speakers are fairly high resolving so was able to take advantage of this additional gain the Taihang give me.  Leading edges from instruments started and stopped more precisely still retaining musicality. Black background noise seemed non existent as we like saying but in this case it really does without straining to not hear.  So clean power can do all this, seems to be!  Also will mention as in some cases experienced with power amps, I sensed no loss in dynamics or compression which is one of the biggest concerns when implementing such products.  This in my first day of listening.  So again I’ll go back to my original statement, amazing!   Alvin’s collaboration as he calls it, has some magic inside this beautifully crafted box.

Just an update:

I received my second set of two Vinshine power filters, now four of them in the system. Admittedly, this is a bit obsessive, however my past experience has shown that separating the components on their own filters has sonic benefits, similar to a pair of mono-blocks vs a stereo chassis.

Just delightful. I have now removed all of my home brew power filters and, other than lightning protection, all filtration is now with the Vinshine filters. This is a level of resolution, refinement, and enjoyment that I have been seeking for a very long time.

Nicely done, Vinshine, very nicely done!

Daytrader turned me on to this guy after buying a pre amp from him. Installed yesterday and with only a one week delivery of the unit.

A nice upward movement in SQ.

Need now another one for my active Manger S1 speakers.

QSA outlets will be installed soon.

Hemingway Beta AC cable installed on the unit. Divine Acoustics Galileo audio footers used under the unit that I feel are the best of the best out running the critical mass footers!

Interest, I have since added a second as well.  Thanks Alvin, Money well spent!

@daytrader I am contemplating getting a second for my stereo amplifier and headphone amplifier as I have been very happy with the upgrade that the Tai Hang brought to the sound quality of my front end. Do you have your front end and amps on seperate units?
As recommended by @wig and others I put a Furutech DPS 4.1 power cord from wall to Tai Hang. Thanks for the recommendation! It made a noticeable improvement. It is more resolving than Purist Audio Dominus and Elrod Statement Silver.
Has anyone compared the Tai Hang to Shunyata Gemini or Denali power conditioners?

@rrboogie , Amps in the wall, separated digital from analog with two units.  I had 3, one for amps but found they do better direct to AC.  Sold one off actually to wig.  Bought them early from Alvin before all the prices escalated.  It’s money very well spent even before ultra expensive power cords which I found can impede on the original sound coming from the unit itself plugged into.  None of that with the Tai Hang other than a silent background.
