We have discussed this issue in another thread before. Since your machine was purchased second-hand from an individual, I apologize for the inconvenience caused by Vivatubes being unable to offer you a replacement due to the lack of an original purchase receipt.

However, as the official representative of Psvane, our uniform warranty policy is that all products come with a 12-month free warranty from the date of purchase, which is our commitment to consumers. Once again, I apologize for your unsatisfactory experience.
