TDA7492P vs. TPA3116D2

TDA7492P and TPA3116D2 audio amplifiers are popular on the net. I want to know which one is better? There are a lot of discussions online but little useful comparison information.

I've not heard TDA7492 but TPA3116 was rather weak in the bass with an unruly top-end - could not recommend. Both are rather old designs nowadays - more modern ones to look into are TPA3221 and MA12070 and both of these sound a LOT better than TPA3116 to my ears.

Not sure hat you're talkin' about! The  TPA3116 is a superb device.
