Steve, yes the couch Album.  I have fairly clean Pitman, CT labels 1969.  Sounds like a quilt is over the speakers.  I don’t think it’s wear or needle damage although I think side 2 sounds a little better than side 1.   My suspicion is that it’s the master.  
Which PP do you have?

Hey Steve, Did Ms. Pfister sign your record(s)?   I got a nice note with little drawings from her in Sharpie on mine.  

I just set up the Zu Denon DL-103 that Andy Kim recently refreshed on the Wow XL. 10CC - The Original Soundtrack promo copy. Sounds great right off the bat. It will be interesting to see how it sounds after it breaks in a little.

Lots of records all day today. 
So I added a vintage all tube rectified and  regulated power supply to my Croft phono amp. Basically replaced the HT power transformer and cheap rectifier diodes with the output from a high-quality lab supply.
