Yamaha Audiogram 3 interface

Hi, has anyone ever heard or use the Yamaha Audiogram 3? It very simalar in feature like the M-Audio Audiophile USB except the Audiogram has a XLR input but only samples at 44.1/16 on the usb encode. I have use this in my system and sound pretty darn good. Lately I been using my Lexicon Omega interface more often.
