Yamaha A-1000 power switch search

Picked up a Yamaha A-1000 amplifier from craigslist for $60.00. This amp looks like it just came out of the box. Not a mark on it. The faceplate is spotless. Person selling it stated that it belonged to his brother-in-law, and was selling it because it was replaced with a surround system. Don't you hate surround systems! The problem is that the power switch works when it wants to. I took the switch apart checked and cleaned it, same results.

Does anyone out there know who might a one of these power switches, or a replacement part that fits the A-1000?

One other thing that I noticed, the #8 equalizer board shows signs of discoloration from heat, has anyone seen this and/or know what might be happening?
