Which DACs accept DVD-V for better movie sound?

I am learning about several DACs out there and they say accepts DVD. But does this mean I can also hook my DVD player (not DVD-A) to have better sound while watching movies? And does this also mean it will decode DVD-A?

Assuming it will take several inputs simultaneously and be able to toggle between the CD and DVD players?
