What do you use for isolation?

What has worked the best for your vibration isolation? isolation feet? Maple or mdf shelves? or even spikes? Or a combination?

A/B that with MS 4" platform and brass footers and you will mad as H.ll that maple can sound so bad under your components. There is a HRS M3 dying on the 'Gon right now.... if you only knew ......... I have tried Symposium Ultra,Feet Of Silence,Vpods,MS,BDR,Roller Blocks .........Nothing comes close to HRS.
