The DAC2 and Minerva are functionally exact in all ways. The faceplate and feet are the only difference. Not sure how the DAC202 differs from these though...
Weiss DAC2 and Minerva V DAC 202
As I understand it, the Minerva and DAC2 are consumer and pro versions of the same DAC and as such, have the same or similar performance. Now I know the DAC 202 has different connectivity and display, but I would like to know about the sound difference, with the other 2 DACs, if anyone can comment?
There is a big difference in price between the DAC 2 and 202, if performance is similar, it makes the 2 tempting. I have searched on the forum and can't find a clear answer to this question, thanks.
