TAD-60 2007 Model Biasing Question

I just pulled this amp out of storage after 2 years and I forgot bias settings and and purpose of the [3] / [4] toggle switch. I recently inquired with the owner of Tube Audio Design, but found out that he unfortunately passed away. Does anyone have a copy of the original instructions for this amp of can provide an answer? Thanks!
