Don't worry at all. It's normal. A word of caution - don't advance the volume beyond your maximum listening level just to hear how much noise it makes. Some amps/speakers freak when the gate is wide open with no signal.
Slight hiss when amp on and system off.
Is it normal to get a VERY slight hiss from the speakers with the amp left on and the pre/pro on standby (off)? I can only hear it if I put my ear within a couple inches of the speaker so it isn't loud...just wondering if it was normal.
