Hey Calloway are you still thinking about selling the Silent Source PC's you mentioned in your prior post? Let me know if you are I may be interested. Thank you. Keith Mundy Sacramento, CA
Hey Jahant, I'm ultimately working toward Stage 3 Kraken power cords, but I have been spending a lot of money on my room and other gear lately. Consequently, I'm looking to get into some "decent" cords that might offer me some sonic gains and then once I build up the old audio fund I will start working toward the Krakens or something else. In the meantime I was thinking about running the Silent Source Signature line. But I've started to look into Shunyata Research cords again and I may go with their new Alpha series power cords to get me by for now. They are about the same price point as the High Current Silent Source Signature cords. Thanks for your help Jafant

As far as my other gear - I have the Core Audio Technology Linear Power Supply, SOTM server, Meitner MA-1 DAC, Pass Labs XP-30 Preamp, Pass Labs X600.8 mono blocks, Soundlab M-1PX speakers (I also have a pair of Vandersteen 5A speakers), a couple of JL audio F113 subs, with the JL Audio CR-1 crossover, Thales IC's and Thales Speaker cables, one Kraken cord to an HB designs power strip and a bunch of home made power cords. Thanks for your help Jafant
Jafant - my first experience with the Kraken was when Brian Ackerman of Aaudio attached it to my Pass Labs XP-30 preamp and that was an eye opening experience! Soundstage depth, improved timbre, etc... That's the only component that I have hooked the Kraken to directly so far. I ended up using a Kraken to my HB Designs power strip, but have not been able to afford running them to anything else (not yet, anyway). I'd like to get a couple more and run them to my Pass Labs X600.8 mono's. Maybe some day! In the meantime I'm still trying to decide what cords to get me by until I can go with more Krakens. Thanks for your help
