If I understand your question, sounds like all you need to do is connect the TT to your receiver. If you dont have a built-in phono, you will need an outboard one. Same thing, connect it to your reciever using the aux input. If you only want 2 channel sound, look for a "home theater (HT) pass thru feature on your receiver. Good luck.

I bought a pair of RF-28 II Klipsch towers for a surround sound system and a pioneer A/V reciever. I would like to set up a turnable.Can I set up an A/B system to drive the speakers independently, or is there a way to input the turnable vía a phono preamp using rca or hdmi inputs? I am looking for the highest quality sound I can get!
