Replacing magnepan binding post

Somehow the post into which you insert the speaker wire broke off. Mag sent replacements but for the life of me I can’t figure out how to remove the back plate to get access. Would anyone know how to do this?

All had small, round head, Phillips wood screws; holding the terminal plate in place. What model are your Maggies?

Can’t help you there! Have the socks (perhaps) been replaced and the terminal plate, partially covered? Speakers/crossovers, modified?
