Penaudio Rebel 3 speaker:... Home theater speaker or serious two channel sound??

I have seen a lot of praise on Audiogon for the Penaudio's Ceyna speaker.  Their website is somewhat sparse on information.  Nevertheless, has anyone heard or owned the Penaudio Rebel 3 speaker which was released in 2015 or 2016 

If so  how would you rank the speaker in overall sound quality??  It looks solidly constructed and uses Seas drivers from Norway.   Company does not seem to have many US dealers..   Thanks.... SJ
