Pairing replacement Arcam rCube Remote

I bought an Arcam rCube last month, and my otherwise well-behaved dog decided to chew it on day 1. I got a replacement remote in the mail but I can't get it to work. I'm guessing that it needs to be "paired" somehow with the rCube, but I can't find any instructions for this anywhere. Anyone have any bright ideas?
