Opinions on T+A Criterion TB 160

I bought a pair used and they sound good but there is not much literature available on the Net about them. They are apparently German made but seem to be more known in Europe than the U.S. From what I have been able to gather in translating German into English, they are Vifa drivers in a D'Appolitto configuration with 2 ten inch bass drivers in a transmission line array. While they sound very good, was wondering if they are as high end as the previous owner claimed them to be. T+A's website was no help. Thanks.
