no low end st70

I have a st 70 with upgraded driver boards and caps by triode elec. Hooked up to conrad johnson Synthesis speakers bi wired. 4way speakers fron the 80s not sure about efficency

Im missing the low end
Is it power ? Sound board? other?
Im newbe with tubes please be kind and simple
