New David Byrne and Brian Eno: Run Don't Walk...

I searched but did not find any mention here of the new recording from David Byrne and Brian Eno: Everything that Happens Will Happen Today. So let me be the first to say, it is outstanding. If you are a Talking Heads/David Byrne fan, it is mandatory listening. It's a fresh sound, yet it will take you back to the best beats of the Talking Heads. For now, it can only be downloaded (MP3 and FLAC) from David Byrne's website. CD is to be released this November. Sound quality of the FLAC recording is adequate, and any deficiency is more than made up for by the music itself. Enjoy.

Saw the opening nights show in Lehigh,PA and it was so good that we got tickets for the last night of the tour which is at the Tower theatre in Philly! Awesome!
Never in my life have i witnessed a standing ovation after the 3rd or fourth song that lasted for no less then 4 minutes. They couldn't play the next song because everyone was going crazy and wouldn't stop clapping.
Why would the sound quality of the FLAC version be lacking? Unless it's not the final mix, it should sound bit for bit the same as the CD

Sorry, I didn't mean to imply it is lacking vis-a-vis what the CD might sound like -- although I suppose that may end up being the case. Rather, my general bias is that non-high resolution digital sound quality is merely adequate in all cases.
