Hi, the cartridge on my mmf-5 isn't parallel to the record surface. I remember that someone on here said that the arms are sometimes attached incorectly at the factory. Is it possible to adjust the arm, or will I have to get a replacement from Music Hall?
You can adjust the VTA on the MMF-5 by loosening the 2 screws on the base of the arm using the allen-wrench that came with the table. You can then lift or lower the arm as needed.
