Lavry DA2002/DA924

Hi folks, could you explain why the Lavry DA2002 or DA924 D/A-coverters are being seldom mentioned in threads about D/A-converters here on Audiogon? I've heard the Lavry DA10 and it sounds wonderful. I've never read something on Audiogon about the top-of-the-line D/A-converters from Dan Lavry though I think they are really SOTA and very refined in sound. Do they have a bit of the "studio image" so many audiophiles think they are inferior in sound compared to the "real" audio stuff for the use at home? Thank you.
