I think the Creek above is one of the better bets so long as the passive preamp won't bother you or present impedance problems with any long ic run out the pre outs.
Pretty sure also some of the Arcams and Linn Classik (all in one) will allow two pairs, and was told by the manuf. that YBA Integrated as a factory option. The latter would be another excellent choice, like the Creek.
