I backed up my HD, but itunes lost songs. Help?

On HD #2 itunes has exclamation points. I pointed itunes to the new hard drive in "advanced." Based on internet advice (CNET), I configured the library - no improvement. I can find one song at a time, but there has to be a faster way?
